Bob Sanders has more than fifteen years experience in telecommunications and is a partner in one of the industry’s most respected training and consulting firms, AXIOM Sales Force Development, Inc.  During the past twelve years he has helped numerous sales organizations and thousands of sellers to improve their activity levels, closing ratios, margins and sales performance.  In addition, he is the co-author of AXIOM’s “Selling Sciences Program™” workbook and audio program. 

Prior to joining AXIOM, Mr. Sanders ran the marketing organization for Sprint Products Group, a division of Sprint North Supply.  In this capacity, he led the company through a complete marketing overhaul including the development and introduction of several new products, a name change and the integration of marketing into the product development process.  He also led a team of people responsible for defining the company’s initial product development process and launching it’s first voice messaging platform, know as FYI.  Prior to heading the marketing department, Bob managed a dealer network covering nine states in the central U.S.  Before joining Sprint, he developed and managed a similar sales channel for Genesis Electronics.  Bob holds a degree in Marketing from Miami University.

Most importantly, Bob is a husband, father and grandfather.
