Peter is a visionary, leader, Master Certified Coach, educator, keynote speaker and author. During the past 35 years, Peter has been a manager, trainer, mentor and coach in over twenty countries. He has lived and/or worked extensively throughout Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

As a Visionary

Peter is the world’s leading advocate for Inspired Learning™. His vision is to change the way learning takes place in the world. He has been offering training programs and facilitating groups in the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors over the past 10 years using and perfecting the powerful and unique Inspired Learning Model™.

Peter is also the Founder of the non profit Foundation for Inspired Learning, where the underlying philosophy is: Celebrate Learning and Celebrate Life! The Foundation is dedicated to bring the innate love of learning to all learning experiences for all people in the world through out their lives.

As a Leader

Peter has held increasingly responsible leadership roles in businesses, non-profit organizations and professional associations for the past 35 years.

  • Peter is the immediate past Executive Director of the Association of Coach Training Organizations, www.ACTO1.org
  • Peter has served on several key committees at the International Coach Federation – most recently he served 2 years as the Chair of the (Ethics) Independent Review Board. He served 2 terms on the Nominating Committee to select the Board of Directors and officer slate for 2003 and 2004. – www.coachfederation.org
  • Peter has served on the Board of Directors for Pro Kids Golf Academy and Learning Center, San Diego, CA – www.prokidsgolf.com
  • Peter was the general manager of a highly profitable, international $20 million medical device division (Purchased subsequently by Welch-Allen.) This included direct supervision of product development engineering, international marketing and distribution as well as employee development and sales training.
  • At 35 years old, Peter was one of the youngest Area Directors named to the Fortune 500’s (Eli Lilly & Co.) medical device subsidiary when selected to move to Tokyo and take charge of the Asia-Pacific Distribution and Training needs for the subsidiary.

As a Coach, Trainer and Educator

His sensitivity and non-judgmental attitude towards other cultures and value systems have prepared him to hold what he now calls 'An Inspired Leaning Space' for his private coaching clients, corporate clients and students.

  • Peter was asked by Johns Hopkins University to co-teach the graduate level summer institute Coaching Skills for Educational Leaders in the fall of 2005 – www.jhu.edu
  • Peter is a senior faculty member in the Foundation for Inspired Learning – He facilitates trainings in the Learning-based Coaching Model™ Program and the Inspired Learning Model™ Programs.
  • He currently is an active faculty member in Coach For Life’s two Certification Programs; these programs are Accredited Coach Training Programs by the International Coach Federation – www.coachfederation.org/training/programs.htm
  • Peter is one of the original 8 founders the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) in 1999 – He served as its Executive Director from 2002-2004 - www.ACTO1.org
  • Peter founded Global Impact Coaching, in 1996 and is now focusing his private coaching practice on supporting inspired philanthropists and global visionaries.
  • Peter co-founded Coach For Life in 1996 as “A spiritually-based coaches training company for professionals.” – www.coachforlife.com

Peter’s current writing project is a book entitled:

  • Certified as a Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator™ by the Foundation for Inspired Learning in 2003
  • Certified as an MCC (Master Certified Coach) by International Coach Federation in 7-99
  • Certified as a MCLC (Master Certified Life Coach) by Coach For Life in 1998
  • Earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1974
  • Earned his BS in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1970
