Over the last 17 years, Patricia’s professional experience has included executive and personal life coaching; facilitation of groups going through change; and she also designs and delivers a variety of educational efforts aimed at awakening one’s personal passion and connecting it to one’s performance.

Applying a broad range of techniques she engages her individual and organizational clients in a process that focuses their attention in the present and invites them into a deep internal dialogue with their personal story and emerging path.

Patricia spends part of her time as an adjunct faculty member for the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado Springs. In that capacity she serves as an executive coach for senior leaders and assists individuals to leverage their strengths and manage areas identified for development. Her assumption is that people grow from the feedback they receive. Using a variation of Appreciative InquiryTM, she involves her clients in approaching their challenges from a perspective of “strength based coaching”.

As one who embraces learning as a life long process she received a BA from Seina Heights College and a MSW from Fordham University. She is also a certified group facilitator from the Westchester Psychoanalytical Institute. She also has years of post-graduate studies at the Academy of Guided Imagery, the University of Santa Monica, and the Family Institute of Westchester.

Originally from Wisconsin, Patricia has lived in Michigan, Connecticut, and now in Woodland Park, Colorado. She is the mother of two children: Katie & Peter. She volunteers her time with the local hospice effort.
